Giving a deep, yet gentle, and relaxing massage, to older women, is my specialty. Over the last 25 years, I have incorporated many different techniques into my massage, but the net effect is one of deep relaxation. The more you are open to letting go, the more I can facilitate you in going deep. The massage ends up refreshing and rejuvenating you.
If you like, I play soothing background music. If you prefer not to talk, which I recommend, I will work in silence, allowing my deep, yet gentle massage to relax and melt your muscles. If you want to talk, I will respond of course.
I might also recommend that, in addition to massage, you do any number of things to support the work I do, such as exercise, diet, clutter control, stress management, and meditation.
