If you get my voicemail, please leave your name, phone number and a brief message, and I will return your call as soon as possible. Please allow 1.5 hours for your appointment, to give you time to dress and undress without feeling the need to rush. At your first appointment, you will be completing a client intake form.
My hours in general are 9 AM to 5 PM every day of the week, including Saturdays. Tuesdays and Wednesdays I work an hour later, the last appointment starting at 6 PM, instead of 5 PM. I work on Sundays only if your schedule cannot be accomodated otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid by your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo youir appointment for whatever reason, you will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for your “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate someone else, whose appointment follows yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for other clients and me, please plan accordingly and be on time.
